Cheerish Smart Ring Return & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Cheerish. We are committed to providing high-quality smart rings and exceptional customer service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Cheerish (shipping from China to international destinations). 2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect smart ring, we offer free exchanges or cover all return shipping costs. Eligible scenarios include:
- The smart ring arrives defective and cannot be repaired with a replacement part
- We shipped the wrong model, size, or color
- The item was delivered to an incorrect address due to our error
- A duplicate order was shipped by our team
- The smart ring malfunctions within the 30-day return period (provided it was used and maintained per the user manual)
Key requirements:
- You must provide clear photos or videos as evidence of the damage, defect, or error
- Failure to submit sufficient proof may result in the return being classified as "buyer's remorse," with you responsible for return shipping and restocking fees
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement part/model as appropriate
2.2 Returns Due to Customer Reasons
For returns initiated due to customer-related factors, you will bear the return shipping costs, and original international shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Such scenarios include:
- Dissatisfaction with the product's performance or features
- Incorrect ring size selection (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
- The product fails to meet personal expectations
- Order cancellation after shipment
- Purchasing the wrong model or size
- Accidental over-purchasing
- Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
3. Warranty Period
All Cheerish smart rings come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects free of charge. Refunds under warranty are only provided if mutually agreed upon by Cheerish and the customer.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact support@cheerish.co to describe your issue and confirm exchange eligibility
- Provide photos/videos of the product, original packaging, and order tracking number
- Our team will verify your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back to the designated address (provided with the RA number)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you
Note: Maintenance fees may apply for non-warranty-related exchanges.
5. Return & Refund Procedure
- You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with intact packaging, tags, and accessories
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and validate the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing time may vary by payment provider)
- For return assistance, contact support@cheerish.co with your order number and reason for return
6. Return Address
Please contact support@cheerish.co to obtain the official return address and return authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment by emailing support@cheerish.co with your order number
- If the order has already been shipped, you may return the product following the above return procedure, but return shipping costs will apply
