🕒 Order Cancellation & Modification

To ensure fast production, all orders are confirmed for processing 3 hours after being placed.

  • Within 3 hours of placing your order: You may request to cancel or modify your order by contacting our Customer Support.

  • 🚫 After 3 hours: The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.

🖋️ Please double-check all personalized details before checkout, as customized items begin production immediately.


🎁 Return / Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. 💖
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refundno return required. 🙌

You may keep or dispose of the original item at your discretion.
There’s no need to send it back — we trust you. 🤝


📸 How to File a Claim

  1. 📷 Take clear photos of the issue (defect, damage, or printing error).

    • Claims without photo proof cannot be reviewed.

  2. 💌 Contact us at support@cheerish.co or fill this form and include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

  3. 💬 Our Customer Happiness Team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.


💰 Refund Timeline

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 🏦

✨ Note: You are eligible for either a refund or a replacement for each claim, not both.


⚠️ Exceptions

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery 📅

  • The item is damaged due to improper use or mishandling

  • The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product 🙈
