Cheerish is a digital, personalized web service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchase / wrong plan: Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Major technical issue: If you cannot access paid features due to a technical problem that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

2. Personalized Digital Content

Because the service generates personalized digital content and provides immediate access to premium features, refunds are not guaranteed after a personalized link has been generated or accessed, except where required by law. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Order email (or proof of purchase)
  • Purchase date
  • A brief reason for the request

We typically respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider (often 5–10 business days for cards, faster for some methods).
