How does the app connect to the lights?
The smart controller connects to the app over your home Wi-Fi so you can pick a design and switch the whole tree in one tap.
My phone won't connect — what do I do? (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi setup)
Most connection issues come down to the Wi-Fi band. Try these steps in order:
- Make sure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz band — many routers combine 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one name, so check your router app or settings for a separate 2.4 GHz SSID.
- Connect your phone to that 2.4 GHz network before opening the app.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone — some smart-home setups use it for the initial pairing step.
- Allow the app's location permission when prompted (Android and iOS both require this for Wi-Fi setup).
- Keep the controller close to your router during setup, then move it to the tree once it's connected.
Will it fit my tree?
Each set is a 1.8 m (6 ft) run of 400 individually addressable LEDs that drapes from the star topper over the front of the tree. It fits real and artificial trees; on trees around 6 ft the strands reach the lower branches, on taller trees they end higher up. For a very tall or very full tree, choose the 2-set option.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship in an estimated 2–3 business days, with delivery estimated at 7–9 business days after that. Free shipping on orders over $59. These are estimates — customs, weather and carrier delays can occasionally push delivery later.
