These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cheerish online store and purchases made directly from us. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Online store terms
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and keep your account credentials secure.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. Read the product page and any included instructions before use.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Cheerish may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of stock availability, a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method. Prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges shown in the final checkout review control.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can cancel an order before fulfillment begins; after dispatch, the return rules apply.
Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment providers, carriers, review services, analytics, and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean Cheerish controls or endorses the third party.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with store security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or commercially exploit content without permission, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Intellectual property
The Cheerish name and original store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing does not transfer ownership rights.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cheerish is not responsible for indirect loss caused by product misuse, use contrary to instructions, unauthorized account access, or independent third-party services.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date will be updated and notice will be provided when required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by applicable law without removing mandatory protections available where you live.
