What comes with my printer?
Each printer includes 4 random stencils. Choose White, Green or Black for every printer in your order.

Does it make the coffee?
No. It decorates a prepared drink. Start with a foam or cream layer, then apply a design with a stencil and suitable fine powder.

Can I choose the 30 stencil designs?
No. The 30-stencil add-on is a fixed, preselected collection. You can choose the number of complete sets, but not individual designs.

Can I choose a different colour for each printer?
Yes. Choose a 1, 2 or 3-printer bundle, then choose White, Green or Black for each printer.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping is available to supported destinations across Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Estimated US delivery is 10–12 business days after dispatch; other destinations vary. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Can I add a 2-year warranty?
Optional 2-year coverage is available in the cart: $9.99 for 1 printer, $14.99 for 2, or $17.99 for 3. It covers faults during normal use for two years from delivery, with a free replacement of the faulty printer.
